Sunday 15 August 2021 marks the 250th anniversary of the birth of Sir Walter Scott. IASH has long connections with Scott, with our first ever publication in 1973 collecting scholarship from the 200th anniversary conference, including contributions by IASH Directors William Beattie and David Daiches.
