Ben Fletcher-Watson, Deputy Director of IASH, outlines the various programmes for both senior and early-career scholars, including eligibility and finding a mentor at the University of Edinburgh, insights into the facilities and funding available, as well as hints and tips for crafting a successful application.
IASH has supported the new Edinburgh Edition of Dugald Stewart since 2020, offering the team of editors the opportunity to spend time at the Institute to develop their contributions to this new comprehensive edition of Dugald Stewart’s works. We are pleased to continue this support to the end of 2027 as the project develops.
As part of Doors Open Day 2025, IASH was delighted to host Dr Marie Larsson's exhibition titled The Pill. Angry Chuckles on 27 September. Marie has written a blog for the Binks Hub about her work on contraceptive experiences and knowledge production through poetry, which you can read here.
