Emma Ritch is Executive Director of Engender -the feminist organisation that has worked in Scotland for 20 years to advance equality between women and men. Emma will reflect on Engender’s experience of engaging with human rights instruments and processes, and offer some thoughts about the challenges of using rights-based approaches to tackle gender inequalities.
