Spend the day at Scotland’s oldest standing castle, built in the 1100s! Come see the 17th century painted ceiling and the lovely gardens. Meet in front of Costa in Waverley Station.
Craigmillar Castle – Saturday, 2 March

A short bus ride takes us to Edinburgh’s ‘other castle’ located a mile outside the old city walls. We will meet at St. Patrick Square before taking the bus together. We’ll play a traditional LAMPS hide-and-seek, so prepare to find your favourite nooks and crannies!

Come spend the day exploring the Jedburgh Abbey, Kelso Abbey, Melrose Abbey and Dryburgh Abbey! This event is part of the University of Edinburgh’s Flexible Learning Week. Coach transportation will be provided and we will stop for lunch near Melrose Abbey. This event is open to the University and has limited sports available. Sign up early to join us!
