Dr Frances Liddell

Dr Frances Liddell is a post-doctoral research associate on the UKRI EPSRC Decentralised Digital Economy Research Centre (DECaDE) in Design Informatics, University of Edinburgh. Before joining DECaDE, Frances worked as a lecturer in Cultural Practices at University of Manchester and a consultant lecturer in Arts Business at Sotheby’s Institute of Art, London.

Dr Amalia Skilton

Dr Amalia Skilton is a Chancellor's Fellow in Linguistics & English Language. Prior to joining Edinburgh, she received degrees from Yale University (BA, 2013) and the University of California Berkeley (MA, PhD, 2019), and held research positions at Cornell University, the University of Texas at Austin, and the Max Planck Institute for Psycholinguistics. Skilton’s research has been extensively supported by the US National Science Foundation (NSF) and National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH). 

Dr Nida Jamil

Dr. Nida Jamil is an Early Career Researcher at the School of Economics, University of Edinburgh, United Kingdom. She received a PhD in Economics in 2023 (with distinction) for the thesis titled “Essay on firms’ productivity in Pakistan”. Her doctoral research focused on a combination of various themes under International Economics and Industrial Organization. She examined the impact of the Pakistan China Free Trade Agreement (FTA) on various firm level outcomes including firm productivity and pricing decisions.
