Laura Jeffery is Professor of Anthropology of Migration in the School of Social and Political Science (SSPS), and Dean of Research in the College of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences (CAHSS), serving on the IASH Management Group (2022–25). Her research interests include: healthcare at the intersection of gender and protracted displacement, participatory arts methods and creative engagement with migration and displacement, and intangible cultural heritage and human–environment relations in protracted displacement contexts.
