Title

Understanding Food Insecurity in Scotland

Abstract

This presentation will provide an overview of what we know about food insecurity in Scotland. First it will consider the policy context and key research to date. Then it will focus on recent insights from the Scottish Health Survey 2017, which provides the first national-level data on the extent of food insecurity in Scotland.
