Bio note:

Dr Nina Engelhardt is a fellow at the Institute for Advanced Studies

in the Humanities at the University of Edinburgh, being on leave from

her research position in the group "Transformations" at the University

of Cologne, Germany. She researches in the fields of literature and

sciences, modernism, and postmodernism, and is currently working on a

project on literary negotiations of bodies in flight. Her monograph

"Modernism and Mathematics: Modernist Interrelations in Fiction" is

forthcoming with Edinburgh University Press.
