We are especially proud that around 80% of our Postdoctoral Fellows go on to secure lectureships and further grants within a year of completing their fellowships with us. Dr Katie Barclay (Visiting Research Fellow 2014-15) and Dr Pia Campeggiani (Postdoctoral Fellow 2014-15) have both secured EURIAS Fellowships, at the Swedish Collegium for Advanced Study and Aarhus Institute of Advanced Studies respectively.
Dr Jeremy Dunham (Postdoctoral Fellow 2013-14) has been appointed Assistant Professor in Philosophy at the University of Durham.
Dr Martyn Pickergill (Newby Trust Postdoctoral Fellow 2010-11) recently won a British Academy Rising Star Engagement Award.
Dr Benjamin Pickford (Postdoctoral Fellow 2016-17) has been appointed Maître-Assistant in American Literature in Section d'Anglais at the Université de Lausanne.
Dr Gregory Scott (Postdoctoral Fellow 2013-14) has been appointed Lecturer in Chinese Culture and History at the University of Manchester, following a Leverhulme Early Career Fellowship at Edinburgh.
Professor Jo Shaw (Director of IASH 2013-17) is taking up a EURIAS Senior Fellowship at the Helsinki Collegium for Advanced Studies.
Dr Dejan Stjepanovic (Postdoctoral Fellow 2013-14) was recently appointed Lecturer in Politics and International Relations at the University of Dundee.
Dr Lauren Ware (Postdoctoral Fellow 2014-15) has been appointed Lecturer in Philosophy at the University of Kent.
