Take One Action Film Festival 2017
The UK's leading global change film festival, celebrating the people and movies that are changing the world, is back in Edinburgh and Glasgow from 13-24 September, for twelve days of the most acclaimed cinema focusing on social and environmental justice.
The festival celebrates its 10th anniversary with a powerful programme brimming with urgent, impassioned films about some of the most pressing issues of our time, from climate change to conflict resolution and EU immigration policy.
Whether celebrating the galvanisation of an embattled community challenging police brutality and racism in the US; whether they delve into transformational efforts towards peace in Israel and Palestine or Colombia, or a new form of politics in India, these films will immerse you in stories of hope, anger, and resilience. Seeking inspiration beyond the screen?
