We are delighted to learn that Dr Katie Stevenson - who is currently a Visiting Research Fellow at IASH - has been awarded the Royal Society of Edinburgh Thomas Reid Medal. The medal is an Early Career Prize and is awarded to Katie "for her outstanding scholarly work on the cultural and political history of late medieval Scotland which has established her as a leading international expert in the field and for her commitment to knowledge exchange". She is Senior Lecturer in Late Medieval History at the University of St Andrews. She will be collecting the medal at a ceremony in June.
