Untangling Resilience to Depression
Many people talk about ‘resilience’, but what exactly is it? What factors make some people more resilient than others? Is it their brain or their environment? This event brings together mental health researchers, practitioners, and members of the public to discuss and debate this important issue, which affects every one of us.
This event, jointly organised by Edinburgh Neuroscience, the Global Health Academy, and Centre for Cognitive Ageing & Cognitive Epidemiology, takes place on World Health Day so join our speakers for a thought-provoking evening to untangle the complex concept of resilience. Join us from 5 pm for a cup of tea/coffee, ready for a 5.30 pm start.
