sIREN: A Workshop                           

 

sIREN (student-led Interdisciplinary REsearch Network) is a one-day workshop and networking event organized by PhD students in Edinburgh College of Art. It aims at bringing together researchers, staff and research students for exchanging research methods, knowledge and ideas around interdisciplinary research and its potential.

 

The first part of the workshop will invite several experienced researchers within ECA to share their work and expertise in interdisciplinary research. The second part will invite every participant to join themed round table discussions, to discover shared interests and future collaboration opportunities.

 

Invited speakers include: Prof. Chris Speed, Dr. Kate Carter, Dr. Sophia Lycouris, Prof Remo Pedreschi. More details to follow.
