Multi-Tier Dispute Resolution in Practice

The event is supported by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Scotland Branch and the Scottish Arbitration Centre and is aimed at practitioners, academics and students with practise in or a keen interest of dispute resolution.
The event will focus on multi-tier dispute resolution in practice, discussing critical issues surrounding multi-tier clauses and the methods referred therein. In particular, topics such as tactics in a multi-tier setting and enforcement of multi-tier clauses are covered and dispute resolution methods such as dispute boards and mediation are examined.
CPD Accreditation:
The conference is accredited by the Faculty of Advocates with 7.5 hours of CPD for the whole day and 4 hours of CPD for the morning only.
If the conference is relevant to your practice this can count for up to 7.5 hours for the full day of verifiable CPD for the Law Society of Scotland, or alternatively for 4 hours for the morning or 3 hours for afternoon attendance.
