If you have an interest in global mental health, please join us on February 27th, 2017 for a full-day launch workshop of the new Global Mental Health Research Network at the University of Edinburgh, an initiative funded by the University of Edinburgh Academic Networking Fund.
This launch is to welcome interested staff, students and practitioners to the network and gather University-wide expertise on Global Mental Health. A ‘lightning talks’ format will enable wide participation and presentations grouped in chaired-panels to generate inter-disciplinary conversations and research questions.
As a new academic network, we are keen to encourage wide participation including colleagues exploring how their current work might interface with the field of global mental health, clinicians/practitioners and those with lived experiences of mental health problems.
