The Power of Education

This short talk will consider the sometimes subtle and slow burn contribution of education and the assemblage of diverse inputs; people, places and practices that input into the process. It will consider the implications each of these hold for designing workforce transformation and developing a sustainable leadership model for the future.

Anne Marie Rafferty is Professor of Nursing Policy and former Dean of the Florence Nightingale Faculty of Nursing and Midwifery, King's College London. She is currently running for Royal College of Nursing president and is an alumna of Edinburgh University.

After the talk there will be a chance to chat at a reception with refreshments.
