‘In Theory’ Discussion Group: James C. Scott, “Domination and the Arts of Resistance (1990)”

We would like to invite all staff to a new lunchtime discussion group (‘In Theory’) which will provide an occasional opportunity to discuss theories and concepts in an informal way. One of the main aims of the group is to facilitate cross-School discussions and to this end the proposed focus is on theories that have broad application to our different disciplines. In the first session on 21 March 1-2pm at TBC we will discuss the work of James C.
